9th AKRAS conference on beverage technology

Between 23 and 24 May 2024, AKRAS once again organised an exclusive seminar at the Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof in Vienna, Austria. We were delighted to be able to attract experts from various areas of beverage technology to give exciting presentations.

AKRAS Flavours presented three new flavour innovations in the beverage segment at this year’s event and placed a strong focus on filling technology for PET bottles and recycling.

Japanese lemonades were presented in two uniquely fresh and tangy flavours – Kabusco & Tangerine and Sudachi & Pomelo. Guests enjoyed the crisp and tangy flavour of the Japanese lemonade, which awakened and delighted their taste buds.

A Pineberry, pineapple strawberry, iced tea was equally successful: An exquisite drink that combines the delicate and floral flavour of iced tea with the tropical freshness and sweetness of Pineberry juice.

The Ion Supply Rehydrating Drink with sea salt hit the mark among producers: A natural powerhouse that revitalises the body with electrolytes on hot days.
