The ZDS College was founded in 1951 and is a world known training and personnel development center for all sectors oft he confectionery indutry. The ZDS trains and educates technical experts in the field of confectionery techonolgy and provides skills in food technology and is internationally popular for its seminars. Every year, participants come from more than 30 nations and attend technical conferences and practical courses concerning every aspect of confectionery production.
